1. Gym Orientation

Do you have a gym in your facility and see that it's always empty? In order for seniors to use a gym, they need to know how to use the equipment. One of our trainers will come by to lead a hands on gym orientation so each resident feels comfortable to use the gym on their own.

2. Fall Prevention

We love educating seniors on how to prevent falls, and how to get up from a fall.

Our 1 hour Fall Prevention workshop will give practical tips along with hands on exercises to build confidence and strengthen your body to prevent falls.

3. Nutrition

Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand. As we age, many people are less motivated to cook or eat well. We love sharing simple eating tips, including snack ideas, protein shakes as meal replacements and multi vitamins to fill in the gaps.
