 Hello AIM Fit Seniors,


Getting out to the gym can be challenging, life can get busy or the weather can make it hard to get places. We want to help you achieve your fitness goals, so we have created a YouTube channel where we will be posting videos of exercises that you can do at home.


In our first video we focus on the legs. Building strong legs can help us complete everday tasks, such as walking up the stairs, help us prevent osteoporosis, and help us prevent or reduce excess weight gain. Watch our video below and give it a try!
