Join us for a 6 week course focused on exercising and eating well to reach your personal best.

We will be focusing on simple steps that you can take to make lasting changes. Work with a personal trainer and join a group of others who share your struggles and are equally ready to become motivated and see results. 

What you will receive:

-Weekly small group coaching sessions

-Support from a personal trainer, including follow up emails 

-Online workouts that you can do at home

-A copy of the A.I.M. Fitness Results Workshop workbook
